Use the download button above to get the installer for your device.

Open the downloaded APK. If prompted, allow installation for the browser or file app you used, then turn that permission off after installation.

Open TITAN and sign in with your TITAN account. Choose a server in the app and connect.

How do I allow APK installation?

Open titan.apk from Downloads after downloading it using the button above.
In the permission prompt, open Settings and enable Allow from this source only for the browser or file app opening the APK. You can also search Settings for Install unknown apps; some devices use Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps.
Return to the APK and finish installation, then turn that source permission off again.
Open TITAN, sign in and connect. If a VPN connection request appears, check the app name before approving.

Play Protect blocks the installation

Unknown-app install permission and Play Protect warnings are different. Check the warning and the downloaded file.
If malware is detected or the reason is unclear, stop and send the warning screenshot and Android version to support.
Do not disable protection or ignore all warnings. Ask for a verified current installer and compatibility guidance.

Connected, but the internet does not work

Disconnect the VPN and check normal internet first. If that also fails, check Wi-Fi, Ethernet or mobile data.
If normal internet works, restart TITAN and try another server. Check whether another VPN is running at the same time.
On mobile, compare Wi-Fi and mobile data. If the issue remains, tell support the device, OS version, server and exact error.

Connection stopped after an update

Fully close the app, restart the device and try again.
Review any renewed installation/VPN permission prompt and approve it if it belongs to TITAN. Use the latest installer on this page; on iOS, update through the App Store.
Before reinstalling, confirm your login details and record necessary settings. Removing the app may erase local settings. Do not remove organization-managed VPN configurations without authorization.

Sign in to TITAN with your TITAN account, not an Apple/Google account or computer login password.
Check email/password and view the plan and remaining time in MyPage. Use password recovery below if needed.
Send error codes and messages to support, not passwords or verification codes.
